Women's Self-Defense

 The H&R Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) is excited to offer a half day Women’s Self-Defense course. This empowering initiative aims to equip women with essential self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. The program will be held at the Halifax MFRC and includes classroom instruction and practical training sessions led by an experienced instructor. Participants will also enjoy complimentary snacks, making it a perfect opportunity to learn, and connect with other women in you area.  Join us to build confidence, enhance personal safety, and foster a strong community spirit.
