New Baby - Parenting Support

Becoming a new parent is filled with joys and challenges and what better way to embrace this exciting time by sharing information and offering support to each other in a safe and nurturing space while building a supportive social network for you and your baby.
Each session will focus on information, resources that supports the health and wellness of both mom and baby.

Mar 24th - Group Walk

Sessions are intended for new and expecting families with infants 18mos and younger.
